Reading the Site, sharing publicly available materials, or submitting an enquiry does not create a consulting engagement, client relationship, partnership, joint venture, or other professional relationship. Any engagement arises only under a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.

Those assets remain the property of their respective owners or licensors and are used under applicable license terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of licensed stock or third-party imagery to you, or expands Stratus Labs’ rights beyond those licenses.

You may not use Stratus Labs names, logos, or branding in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorship without our prior written consent.

You may browse the Site for lawful, non-commercial informational purposes and may share links to Site pages with customary attribution where appropriate.

Without prior written permission from Stratus Labs, you may not:

• Scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract Site content through automated means

• Copy or reproduce articles, frameworks, diagrams, or research for commercial publication, resale, or training products

• Misuse Site content, including by modifying or distributing it in a way that misrepresents authorship or affiliation

• Impersonate Stratus Labs, our personnel, or any other person or entity

• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Site, including by introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorized access

• Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Those links are provided for convenience only. Stratus Labs does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your use of external sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy notices of those sites.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stratus Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

We take care in preparing Site content, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stratus Labs and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site or reliance on its content, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applicable to you requires otherwise.

Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under local law, courts located in the Province of Quebec will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the effective date of the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
